Many of you know that I lost my father on Valentine's Day. One of Daddy's favorite sayings was, "Don't dwell on the past, but look to the future." Actually he would say, "Don't be dwelling on all that bad stuff."
I am trying very hard to not dwell on the bad. It is difficult.
I have a very special book that my Daddy filled out over 10 years ago called a Father's Legacy. He offers so many great words of advice in this book. I would like to share one of my favorites.
When asked to share his idea of how to develop and maintain good physical health, my Daddy said,

get plenty of rest and sleep,
eat your vegetables.
Don't smoke or drink alcohol beverages.
Avoid stress.
Do things you like to do.
Spend time with your family.
All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy."
