Lemon Delight Tutorial

To make this lucious dessert, you will need: 
1 1/2 cups plain flour
2/3 cup butter melted
1/2 cups chopped pecans

Mix these ingredients together and press in a long cake pan.
Bake approximately 25 minutes at 350 degrees. 
Let cool.
Whip together: 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip

Spread this mixture over cooled crust.
Mix  together: 2 small packages lemon instant pudding mix
3 cups cold milk

Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Chill.
Slice and serve.
Cool whip can be added to top when served.
Thanks to my mother-in-law for this delicious recipe.  The crust makes it really good.

I cut and sliced dozens of desserts the night of the fish fry, and I am glad to report that this lemon delight was the dessert that cut the cleanest and easiest! Thanks, Joyce!
