Pork and Rice Crock Pot Dish

This is one of my favorite main dishes to fix at our house.
It is
simple
simple
simple.
You need some sort of pork chops.  I like to use boneless pork chops.
You will also need chicken and rice soup
mustard
flour
and cooking oil.
The first step is to spread mustard on each side of the pork and dredge in the flour.
Then lightly brown both sides in a skillet with a little oil.
Place meat in a crock pot and cover with chicken and rice soup.
Cook on lowest setting for 6-8 hours depending on size of pork chops.

This dish is really tender and delicious.
