You will need:
1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can mexicorn (drained and rinsed)
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 onion (chopped)
1 green pepper (chopped)
8 oz. Ranch dressing
1 bag Fritos
Mix the first six ingredients together and chill.
Add dressing and chips right before serving. 

This is a wonderful salad to take to parties and meals.  It is best to made when it will all be eaten at once, because the leftovers are not as good when the Fritos become wet and soggy.
I got this recipe from a very good teacher friend a few years ago.
